Position Title: HC Service Desk Associate
Grade/Level: Analyst/Senior Analyst/Associate
Reporting Manager Title: HC Service Desk Manager
LoS: IFS SBU/Sub SBU: Human Capital/HC Shared Services
Location: Gurgaon
Position Type: Permanent

Job Summary:
We are establishing a Service Desk for HC to offer comprehensive support for all HC queries, ensuring consistency and quality of responses across services. The role involves managing queries, collaborating with HC functions, and driving timely resolutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Address HC queries through various channels
Record responses and update FAQ's for quick resolution
Resolve queries within SLA, track volume & report achievements
End-to-end query resolution and escalation when necessary
Collaborate with HC teams for query resolution
Provide accurate information on policies & procedures
Ensure high-quality query resolution
Document unique instances for standard responses
Maintain knowledge of HC processes and policies

Education and Experience:
Essential: Graduate with HR shared services experience
Desirable: Previous work in HR Service desk or similar setup
Expertise in HC Policy, processes, and employee relations

Candidate Specifications:
Essential Skills:

Ability to perform tasks using established knowledge base
Comprehensive knowledge of HC queries and procedures
Problem-solving and prioritization skills
Excellent communication and business acumen
Motivated self-starter with cross-industry exposure

CV Sifting Criteria:

Prior experience in HR Service desk or similar roles
Interaction with employees on HC Policy and processes
2-4 years' experience in HC Shared services

Mandatory Skill Set: HR Service Desk, HC Shared Services, ServiceNow Helpdesk
Preferred Skill Set: HR Service Desk, HC Shared Services, ServiceNow Helpdesk
Years of Experience: 2-4 years
Qualifications: UG/PG
