    About your team

    Fidelity Global Procurement comprises approximately 65 employees based across India, UK, Continental Europe, and Asia Pacific. The team manages approximately $700m of spend split between technology and non-technology categories. Currently the team is undertaking a global transformation programme to deliver an improved Procurement user experience, simpler and more efficient Procurement processes, consistent and accurate Procurement related data. The transformation will drive significant changes to ways of working within and out of Procurement and will implement multiple new technology platforms.

    About your role

    The Assistant Manager, Sourcing Utility will be part of a team of resources involved in negotiating, drafting, validating and approving Contracts, NDAs and Scopes of Work along with running RFXs on the eSourcing tool.

    The role will require an understanding of the overall sourcing process and category considerations while applying common practices for quick turnaround. The key focus is high volume on-time processing with attention to auditability and efficiency. The overall responsibilities are:

  • Assess procurement requirements related to Property and Facilities management & event management, raised by stakeholders, assess business requirements, validate compliance with contractual obligations & execute correct sourcing process.
  • Review of core agreements in conjunction with contracting standards (e.g., Nondisclosure Agreements, ("NDA"), Work Orders ("WO"), Change Orders ("CO"), etc.).
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders including End Business Users and Strategic Sourcing Managers on the specifications required for drafting of agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to negotiate and execute contracts.
  • Ensure complete and good quality documentation and approvals as per standard flow.
  • Ensure adherence to signature procedures for various contract types, in compliance with legal and company-specific guidelines.
  • Manage service queues on ServiceNow for tracking tasks and keeping stakeholders updated.
  • Implement quality control measures to maintain accuracy and consistency in compliance processes.
  • Manage a team of analysts & process leads providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success and development
  • Support communication and change management activities associated with new and existing tools
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of sourcing, systems, hand-offs and data analysis best practices
  • Continuous improvement in sourcing & procurement process, to make the process simple, intuitive and predictable for end users.
  • Provide sourcing helpdesk support
  • Create and maintain process documentation eg. Standard Operating Procedures
  • Perform scheduled/ad-hoc reporting and dashboard activities

    • About You

  • 6-7 years of experience in Sourcing back-office operations
  • Experience in sourcing and contracting activities for Facilities and Property Management, and events management.
  • Understanding of the end-to-end contracting & sourcing process
  • Experience in drafting, redlining contracts and contract management.
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence, CLM systems, DocuSign, ServiceNow and data visualization tools
  • Ability to plan, organize, and manage time across multiple tasks and stakeholders, working individually or as a cross-functional team member.
  • A proactive approach to stakeholder engagement at all levels, problem-solving, and ongoing development of analytics and insight.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Should have exposure to working in a global environment with an ability to work with people across the globe in different time zones and with different cultures
