Description
Manager the overall flow of prospect lists/responses/MQLs towards Sales Development and towards Territory Sales Reps- Performs other duties as assigned, office administration functions
- Provide quotation and ordering assistance to customers and sales representatives
- Interact with customers to provide them with sales and quotation followup
- Assist sales representatives and technical support personnel with product demonstration equipment
- Send correspondence to customers
- Assist customers who come inperson to the office
- Coordinate and provide followup on job leads in order to determine our success in securing business based on leads generated to Field Sales
- In association with the Manager, Strategic Accounts, assume account responsibility for assigned house accounts in order to build a relationship, support their roofing activities, and increase business
- Oversee Microsoft CRM administration and management, coordinating data input efforts of reps and assisting with reporting results
