1.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Enhance sustainable relationships with customer through interactive communication
- Provide accurate, and complete information by using the right methods
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets
- Manage complaints by providing an appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Streamline records of customer interactions, process customer accounts.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Graduation in any field.
- 12 year experience (Freshers can also apply)

- Strong calls handling skills and active listening abilities
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, and manage time effectively

Salary:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Morning shift
