RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Enhance sustainable relationships with customer through interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, and complete information by using the right methods
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets
  • Manage complaints by providing an appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Streamline records of customer interactions, process customer accounts.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:


  • Graduation in any field.
  • 12 year experience (Freshers can also apply)

  • Strong calls handling skills and active listening abilities
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, and manage time effectively

Salary:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Morning shift

  • Chandigarh, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
