    Description

    Designation: Head of Business Development

    Location: Surat

    Qualification: B.E/B.Tech - Chemical with M.B.A would be an added advantage

    Experience: 15 Years in contract manufacturing & Contract Winning

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute strategies to identify and partner with new clients globally, focusing on contract manufacturing opportunities in the chemical industry.
    • Represent Group companies at exhibitions and conferences across the globe related to the chemical industry to build brand visibility and network with potential clients.
    • Collaborate closely with the Director to actionize strategic initiatives and drive business growth.
    • Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
    • Provide insights and market intelligence to the leadership team to inform strategic decision-making.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and delivery of services to clients.
    • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and mitigate potential risks.
    • Proven track record of successfully identifying and securing contract manufacturing opportunities with clients in Europe, Japan, USA, etc.
    • Strong understanding of the global chemical industry landscape and market dynamics.
