    Role Details:


    We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Administrative Professional who can double up as the Office Manager of our Bangalore Center and also function as Executive Assistant to senior management in daily operation, work projects, and critical customer interactions.

    The ideal candidate will be adept at managing a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a high level of professionalism and discretion.

    This position will report into a Senior Vice President and also work closely with the CEOs office, and offer administrative support to the day to day operations of the Bangalore Development & Delivery Center.


    Job Responsibilities:
    This position is NOT restricted to secretarial & administrative support only.

    The right candidate must have the acumen to understand nuances of on-going leadership work, projects, and programs, and must have prior experience of supporting the senior leadership and department heads for successful execution, under their guidance.

    Serve as liaison with staff, executives, senior leaders for program management of on-going matters.

    Oversee daily operations in collaboration with the reporting manager and perform administrative tasks such as managing calendars, planning, and coordinating corporate meetings, and scheduling.

    Build working rapport with the management team for better turn-around of work, and responsiveness of existing operations.
    Assist the management in special projects (latest being Bangalore operations expansion & team scale-up).

    In addition to the above the usual EA responsibilities will be performed such as:
    Meeting support & follow-ups
    Business travel planning & coordination
    Guest experience planning & management (Customers, Board & Investors)
    Event management
    Reports, MIS & Trackers


    Candidate Profile:
    Orientation to information security & confidentiality
    Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, supporting C-suite executives.
    Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
    Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
    Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative to solve problems and anticipate needs.

    Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.


    Education:
    Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
