- Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and implement strategic programs aligned with organizational goals
- Monitor program progress, identify risks and opportunities, and provide regular updates to the CEO
- Lead and oversee cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project objectives
- Collaborate with department heads to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for the CEO, highlighting key program and project updates
- Facilitate communication between the CEO's office and various departments, ensuring alignment on priorities and initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Act as a liaison between the CEO's office and other departments to foster collaboration and information flow
- Proactively identify potential risks and challenges associated with programs and projects
- Develop and implement mitigation strategies to minimize risks and ensure successful project outcomes
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field
- Proven experience in program or project management, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively
