- Project Support: Assist project managers in planning, organizing, and executing project activities.
- Provide administrative support for project documentation, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and tracking action items.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and external vendors.
- Coordinate meetings, gather requirements, and ensure alignment between project objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors and suppliers to procure goods and services required for project execution.
- Negotiate contracts, review vendor proposals, and ensure compliance with project requirements and budget constraints.
- Resource Management: Assist in resource allocation and capacity planning for project teams.
- Maintain resource schedules, track resource utilization, and identify potential resource constraints or bottlenecks.
- Reporting and Analytics: Prepare regular status reports, dashboards, and presentations to provide visibility into project progress, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Utilize tools such as Excel and PowerPoint to analyze data and present findings to project stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains within the project management office.

- Degree in a related field.
- Proven experience in project management office (PMO) coordination or project support roles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
- Experience in stakeholder management, vendor management, and resource management.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
- Experience in the IT industry or technology projects is preferred.
