    Job Overview

    We are seeking a talented and experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our team at Rankmantra, a leading IT service and consultancy company. As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in email marketing and a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
    • 1 to 3 years of experience in email marketing or a similar role
    • Proficiency in email marketing tools and platforms, such as MailChimp or HubSpot
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and best practices
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
    • Detail-oriented and highly organized
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
    • Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention
    • Create and manage email databases for lead generation and customer segmentation
    • Optimize email content and design to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates
    • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for improvement
