    Job Overview

    We are seeking a talented and experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our team at Rankmantra. As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing email marketing strategies to promote our services and engage with our target audience. This is a full-time position based in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India, with a junior-level experience requirement of 1 to 3 years. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of email marketing best practices and be able to effectively drive lead generation and mass mailing campaigns targeting the US and UK markets.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1-3 years of experience in email marketing or a related field
    • Excellent knowledge of email marketing platforms and tools
    • Proficient in HTML and CSS for email template design
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Proven track record of driving lead generation and customer engagement through email marketing
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Experience in targeting the US and UK markets is highly desirable

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute email marketing strategies to promote our services and engage with our target audience
    • Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including lead nurturing and customer retention
    • Design and optimize email templates to ensure effective and visually appealing communication
    • Segment and analyze email lists to drive personalized and targeted email campaigns
    • Conduct A/B testing to optimize email performance and engagement metrics
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate email marketing with other digital marketing channels
    • Monitor and report on email marketing metrics and identify areas for improvement
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing
