ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
Screening and Interviewing: Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule and conduct inperson interviews.
Onboarding: Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
Reporting and Analytics: Maintain recruitment metrics, track and analyze recruitment data, and provide regular reports to senior leadership.
Talent Acquisition Policy Development: Develop and implement policies

and procedures to ensure a consistent and efficient recruitment process.

Budget Management: Manage recruitment budgets, identify costsaving opportunities, and ensure that the recruitment process is costeffective.
Employer Branding: Represent the organization in a positive light to attract top talent and maintain a strong employer brand

.REQUIREMENTS

Naukri, Shine, Linkedln etc.
Excellent communication skills.
Should be from bulk/volume hiring background and/or support hiring.
Should have very strong interpersonal skills and presentation skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customerfacing skills.
Must be able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
