Key Responsibilities:


Client Engagement:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs promptly.

Ensure a positive and seamless experience throughout the leasing process.


Leads Management:
Proactively identify potential leads and new business opportunities from existing and prospective clients. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to strategize lead generation efforts and optimize conversion rates.


Property Matching:
Identify and propose suitable properties to clients based on their requirements. Present property options in a compelling and informative manner, showcasing their features and benefits.


Market Knowledge:
Stay up-to-date with the real estate market trends, leasing regulations, and industry developments. Leverage this knowledge to provide valuable insights to clients and assist them in making informed decisions.


Client Feedback:
Gather feedback from clients regarding their experience with the platform and services. Relay feedback to relevant internal teams to drive continuous improvement of our offerings.


Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and deal progress using the company's CRM system. Generate regular reports and updates for management to assess relationship management performance.


Qualifications and Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and leasing processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive business relationships.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Detailoriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Problemsolving mindset with the ability to navigate complex situations.
  • Proactive, selfmotivated, and resultsdriven attitude.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities as required.

Salary:
₹15, ₹45,000.00 per month
