    Job Title: Head of Engineering Design (General Manager)

    Location: Mumbai or Pune

    Reporting To: Business Head-ESP

    Job Overview:

    As the Head of Engineering Design, you will lead all manufacturing and engineering activities, ensuring that objectives are met efficiently and cost-effectively. This position requires a seasoned leader capable of driving technical excellence across various platforms and interfacing with multiple teams and customers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead technical discussions with customers, supporting Sales, Marketing, Design, Process, and Proposal teams.

    Ensure compliance and accuracy in all contract documentation throughout the bidding process.

    Oversee the design and engineering of ESPs, including detailed calculations and drafting.

    Manage and coordinate with Sales, Projects, and Fabrication units for smooth project execution.

    Visit customer sites for sales support, retrofit, renovation, and project execution.

    Key Result Areas (KRAs):

    Timely and cost-effective achievement of manufacturing and engineering objectives.

    High customer satisfaction through technical support and project management.

    Effective design, estimation, and detailing of ESP systems.

    Must-Have Mandatory Selection Criteria:

    Diploma/B.Tech/B.E in Mechanical Engineering.

    At least 15 years of experience in the Air Pollution Control equipment industry.

    Strong management skills with the ability to anticipate problems and develop contingency plans.

    Proven experience in leading large-scale engineering projects.

    Worked with one of the ESP Manufacturers
