About the internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:(a) Recruitment:
1. Sourcing candidates through various channels.
2. Screening resumes and applications.
3. Coordinating interviews and assessments.
4. Conducting reference checks and verifications.
(b) Learning and Development (L&D):
1. Assisting in designing and delivering training programs.
2. Developing training materials and content.
3. Coordinating training logistics.
4. Facilitating training sessions and workshops.
5. Evaluating training effectiveness and gathering feedback.
(c) HR operations:
1. Maintaining employee records and databases.
2. Processing employee documentation.
3. Preparing HR-related reports and presentations.
4. Supporting HR projects and initiatives.
5. Providing administrative support to the HR team.
(d) Performance Management System (PMS):
1. Assisting in the performance appraisal process.
2. Collecting performance data and feedback.
3. Analyzing performance data and identifying trends.
4. Facilitating performance review meetings.
5. Documenting performance-related discussions and outcomes.
(e) Other responsibilities:
1. Participating in team meetings and training sessions.
2. Staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
3. Collaborating on ad-hoc projects and tasks.
4. Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information.
5. Demonstrating a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
