POSITION :
JR. EXECUTIVE





REPORTS TO :
HR Head


KEY PURPOSE :
To effectively manage the human resources of the organization to optimize productivity, profitability and employee satisfaction.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


TIME & ATTENDANCE:


  • To maintain daily manpower attendance on roll & contractual
  • To update manpower strength in daily KRA
  • To monitor daily manpower & verify at security end to control contractual.
  • To update employee master in software
  • New recruit formalities.
  • To verify the OT cost applicable for all dept
  • To verify Time & display it on notice board for late comings & absenteeism

PAYROLL:


  • To prepare salary sheet for on roll & contractual
  • To prepare full & final statement of exit employee
  • To check monthly if any dues against indisiciplinery are to be deducted against the employee
  • To maintain yearly CTC data with graphs in percentage
  • To amend the half yearly minimum wage act.

LEGAL COMPLIANCE:

100 % compliance completed as per legal calendar.

EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT:

-
To complete the engagement activities as per HR calendar

EMPLOYEE HISTORY:


  • To maintain employee history in hard as well as in soft.
  • To monthly update HOD the status of employees who have completed six months for confirmation etc.
  • Employee communication for change of address yearly & update in master list
  • To complete recruitment formalities as per checklist & update in master list.

EMPLOYEE COMMUNICATION

  • To coordinate with all plants for notice / internal communication as per requirement

HR MASTER FORMAT

  • To update new & old hr format as per ISO system
  • To align all hr systems in place in form of documents
  • To prepare SOP for HR process.

5S

  • To maintain 5S discipline in HR department
  • To participate in monthly kaizen
    .

KRA

  • To update daily KRA data
  • To maintain DWM sheet
  • Daily review with HOD at 5 pm
  • Daily planning with HOD for morning meeting. To maintain all documents related to functional process as per ISO 9001:2008/ISO/TS 16949:2009/ ISO 14001:2004, BS OHSAS 18001:2007 audit requirement.

INCUMBANT PROFILE:

  • Degree in human resources management, business administration or equivalent
  • Generalist human resources experience (2 3 yrs.)
  • Knowledge of the principles and practices of HR management
- knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
- knowledge of MS Office

Job Types:

Salary:
₹18, ₹19,000.00 per month
