    US Healthcare Recruiter (Night Shift) Freshers- Launch Your Career in Healthcare Staffing

    About the Role:

    As a US Healthcare Recruiter, you'll play a vital role in connecting top-tier healthcare professionals with rewarding opportunities across the US. You'll be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding client needs to identifying and attracting qualified candidates.

    Responsibilities:

    Partner with US healthcare facilities to identify and understand their staffing needs.

    Source, screen, and qualify potential candidates using various online resources and databases.

    Conduct phone interviews and assess candidate skills and experience.

    Manage the interview process, scheduling appointments with hiring managers.

    Build strong relationships with candidates.

    Qualifications:

    Recent graduate with a strong academic background (any discipline).

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (US preferred).

    Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    A passion for the healthcare industry (a plus).

    Familiarity with social media and online recruiting tools (a plus).
