Requirements:


  • Any Graduate/Post-Graduate with sales and consulting aptitude,
  • Experience of 0 4 years in sales/presales/client onboarding/counseling/customer success management
  • Good analytical and communication skills (English).
  • Own 2/4 wheeler with driving licence.
  • Quick learning ability, adaptability to changing business needs
  • Willingness to challenge the status quo and achieve business results.
Roles & Responsibilities


The core job is to understand the requirement of the buyer and suggest to him the right property basis his/her requirement.

Someone who can make sure that a buyer gets what he is looking for or you convince the buyer that what you are selling is the right fit for him/her.

Someone who loves interacting with people over the phone and in person both, who is passionate enough to chase targets and overachieve, someone who has a decent geographical knowledge of Bangalore city.

We expect you to drive things and be self-motivated with a vision and goal to lead a team.

Other details you should know before Applying:

  • Weekends ( i.e Saturday & Sundays) are working days. They are usually the busiest.
  • No provision of Work from home.
  • First 2 months mandatory probation period with no paid leave allowed (apart from week-offs).
4. 6 days/week office. 1day fixed week-off selected between Tuesday to Thursday.


  • Total 30 days paid leaves in a year.
General Office hours : 10.00 AM to 6.00 PM (Minimum 8 hours each work-day


Salary:
₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
