You will be working as Production Engineering Specialist at global grade 13 and will be part of Electrification business area for Smart Power division based in Bangalore North, India. In this role you will be reporting to Production Engineering Manager and will be responsible for coordinating with Quality & Mfg. team during external audits UL, CSA, CCC etc.

Your responsibilities

• Being responsible for localization projects as Project Manager
• Being responsible for monitoring & implementation of Engineering Change Notice (ECN)
• Shall be the key person in sharing Product Technical details (related) with CFT (Cross function team)
• Being responsible for Product Costing – Monitoring & Analyses on monthly basis
• Verification & maintaining of Mfg. Bill of Material (MBOM) as per EBOM (Engg. BOM)
• Coordinating with Global R&D team for testing, validation & faster implementation of localization part
• Being shall part of Cross Functional Team in solving product performance issues (FMEA) Project Management skills (leading projects on Localization, Value Engineering etc.)

Your background

• Degree in Electrical & Electronics engineering with minimum
• 8 years of experience
• Good knowledge of Control gear and Switchgear
• Good knowledge of UL, IEC Standards relevant to point no.2
• Good knowledge of Testing of Control gear and Switchgear
• Good Communication Skills
• Ability to solve complex issues
