Job description For Customer Onboarding Executive

Prerequisites:


  • You should have fluent English
  • You should be able to work from 3:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (Early Morning Shift)

JOB ROLES:


  • Supervising daytoday operations in the customer service department.
  • Responding to customer service issues in a timely manner.
  • Oversees Our Customer Care Team
  • Manage and Train Customer Care Executives
  • Developing customer satisfaction goals and coordinating with the team to meet day to day deadlines.
  • Implementing an effective customer loyalty program.
  • Creating effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documenting all customer service activities and discussions.
  • Assessing service statistics and preparing detailed reports on your findings.

This job profile is not the exhausting list of all the activities which a customer care manager has to perform.

This is created just to give you the basic idea about your role. You will be responsible to perform all the activities which a customer care manager is required to perform.


Salary:
₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:
