JOB PROFILE

Provide support for Local BU Projects specific requirements from IT perspective
Interacting with BU business leads and Liasoning with Global Security team/GISO for enabling 3 rd Party connectivity.
Maintaining the Local Operations Hosting infrastructure as guided by Global teams at operations level. Interacting with respective stakeholders from Business for IT integration.
Interacting with BU business leads and Liasoning with Global Security team/GISO for Engineering/LAB support limited to IT scope.
Coordinating with backend global teams and internal BU Stakeholders to integrate Projects related IT infrastructure as guided.'
Provide support for Enterprise IT related Projects/Activities
Coordinating with internal stakeholders for IT Assets refresh as per requirement.
Support Divestiture activities and IT Asset transfer activities as guided.
Extended support for IT projects as guided.
Ensuring hands and legs support wherever required for inscope IT assets.
Provide support for Compliance related to ISMS from IT function perspective
Upkeep of Local BU ISMS Documents as required.
Contribute by participating into Internal and External ISMS Audits, Mock drills for IT activities or roles.
Participate in IT record retention activities as per requirements.
Approving stakeholder requests based on validated justifications as per guidelines.
Provide Administrative support for IT
Issuance of IT related Purchase Orders as guided for PSS Pune site
Network Vendor interactions based on requirements
Invoice processing (Billing and Payments related) as per guidelines
Conducting IT orientation program as guided

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Required experience 23 years
Basic understanding of Network equipment's like Access Switches, Firewall, Routers and Network connectivity.
Basic understanding of Servers and Storage equipment's.
Basic understanding of Operational audits and its flow.
Technical Documentation as per guiding template.
Basic understanding of Compliance from IT Perspective
Knowing ISMS Standards (ISO will be an advantage.
Well versed with O365 Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and Power BI Desktop.
