    Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Identity Management Specialist with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in ForgeRock IDM and AM, NetIQ IDM and SSO, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) in ForgeRock AM. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAML authentication, extensive integration experience with target applications, and strong expertise in security configurations in ForgeRock IDM and AM.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Lead the design, implementation, and management of identity and access management (IAM) solutions using ForgeRock IDM and AM, NetIQ IDM, and SSO.

    2. Oversee the configuration and maintenance of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) in ForgeRock AM, ensuring secure access to applications and systems.

    3. Direct the implementation and support of SAML authentication for seamless integration with third-party applications.

    4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy IAM solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to industry standards and best practices.

    5. Supervise the monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution of IAM-related issues, ensuring optimal performance and availability of IAM systems.

    6. Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements to enhance ForgeRock IDM and AM security configurations.

    7. Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams on IAM-related matters, including policy development, compliance, and security.

    8. Mentor junior team members and contribute to the professional growth of the team.

    9. Represent the company at industry conferences, workshops, and events, sharing knowledge and insights on IAM trends and best practices.

    Requirements:

    1. A minimum of 4+ years of experience in identity management, with a focus on ForgeRock IDM and AM, NetIQ IDM, and SSO.

    2. Demonstrated experience with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) in ForgeRock AM.

    3. Strong understanding of SAML authentication and extensive experience integrating ForgeRock IDM and AM with target applications.

    4. Proficiency in security configurations in ForgeRock IDM and AM.

    5. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

    6. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

    7. Proven experience mentoring and developing junior team members' skills.

    8. A commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends and best practices
