    Interested in building up a career as a SALES PROFESSIONAL in the BFSI sector??

    • Bajaj Capital Ltd , a leading NBFC ,has a requirement of Sales Officers on pan India basis.
    • Those applicants who are interested in a career in sales in BFSI segment should only apply.
    • This job is best for those who are interested in Career Planning in Wealth Management , Financial Planning
    • Bajaj Captial Ltd provides rigorous training of 6 months thru International College of Financial Planning
    • Applicants who complete the training are awarded an Integrated Diploma in Wealth Management
    • BA/BCOM/BBA who are awarded IDWM are given due weightage by BFSI Industry
    • Those applicants who are willing to pay the training fee of Rs 85000/- need only apply .
    • This fee is refundable after one year on the job & is included in the CTC shown in your PPO
    • People with prior exposure in Sales also have to go thru the training prescribed for Wealth Manager

    For those students of who are interested in a sales career in BFSI sector:

    • There is a job opportunity with CTC of Rs 5 Lakh plus incentives p.a with Bajaj Capital Ltd, a reputed NBFC
    • Screened applicants need to pass a psychometric test & successful applicants are immediately given a Pre-Placement Offer
    • The applicants have to go thru a 6-month training process before being put on roles of Bajaj Capital
    • The training process includes 2-month class training + 4 months on-the job- training.
    • On successful completion of training, trainee is awarded an Integrated Diploma in Wealth Management
    • The trainee gets a monthly stipend during the 4 month on-the -job-training and is on monthly salary after completing the training.
    • Cost for psychometric test is Rs 299 The applicant has to pay a deposit of Rs 85000/- equivalent to the training cost directly to Bajaj Capital Ltd which is 100% refundable on completion of one year on the job.
    • All payments are direct to Bajaj Capital affiliated International College of Financial Planning

    Integrated Diploma in Wealth Management from International College of Financial Planning is well recognized in the BFSI industry and resources work experience of 3 - 5 years in BCL are much in respected in the BFSI industry. Bajaj Capital itself is one of the better pay master's & scores highly on employee compensation & work environment.
