The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client management, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully delivering software projects on time and within budget.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage Agile software development projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring adherence to project timelines, scope, and quality standards.
    • Collaborate closely with clients to understand project requirements, establish clear project goals, and manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and develop detailed project plans and schedules.
    • Coordinate project resources, including internal teams, external vendors, and subcontractors, to ensure efficient project execution.
    • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
    • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies to minimize delays and deviations.
    • Track project budget and expenses, manage project finances and ensure projects are delivered within budgetary constraints.
    • Communicate project status, updates, and critical milestones to stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and cross-functional teams.
    • Conduct regular project reviews and retrospectives to evaluate project performance, identify lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
