Job Overview


Presentation designer needs to have a good eye for aesthetics, particularly when it comes to PowerPoint slides and presentation layouts.

The focus of a presentation designer is purely on creating effective presentations for the organization. He/she will be responsible for interacting with key stakeholders, understanding the concept, taking notes, and translating it into visually appealing content such as

presentations, documents, notes etc.


Responsibilities and Duties**Create visual graphic design, including typography, visual concept, template layout for presentation.

Work independently after being given direction by senior stakeholders

Independently identify user issues and needs

Engage with and contribute to the cross-government content community

Create graphic assets and elements to use in presentations.

Have experience working under pressure and be able to handle a wide range of tasks and projects at the same time

Uphold brand guidelines and have strong knowledge of design standards

Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all brand presentation is of a high standard

Have a good eye for design and aesthetics to create well thought out presentations

Develop Ideas, Design Layout Contrast Graphics Charts Tables Storyboarding Animations


Educational Qualifications
Any Graduate with additional qualifications/certifications in presentations, graphics, and production areas.

PowerPoint Design Training certification


Work Experience**At least 6 years of relevant design experience is preferred

Proficient in presentation programs such as MS PowerPoint, Google Slides etc.

Be able to work with Adobe Creative Suite programs such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator (if required)

Problem identification skills with a keen eye for details.

Content concepts and prototyping

User-centered content design


Soft Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Good time management and organizational skills

Good interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.

Ability to foster a cooperative work environment with cross functional team.
