- Conduct thorough industry and competitor research to inform and enhance client portfolios.
- Participate actively in client presentations, prepare comprehensive reports, and lead productive client meetings to drive strategic alignment.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in digital marketing to continuously innovate and deliver value-added solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as creative, content, and technical departments to ensure seamless execution and delivery of digital marketing initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.

Role Description
