    Job Description:

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and spearhead our tie ups and alliances initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic partnerships and collaborations to drive growth and brand awareness for the organisation.

    Responsibilities:


    • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with relevant organizations, brands, and influencers to expand our reach and enhance our market presence.


    • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and alignment with company objectives.


    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and marketing to leverage partnerships for maximum impact.


    • Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns and promotions in collaboration with partners to drive engagement and conversions.


    • Track and analyze key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of partnerships and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.


    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to inform partnership strategy and maintain a competitive edge.

    Requirements:


    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.


    • Proven track record of successfully developing and managing strategic partnerships in a marketing or business development role.


    • Strong negotiation skills and ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.


    • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and ability to identify innovative partnership opportunities.


    • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


    • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.


    • Strong leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams.
