    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Assistwith recruitment processes as required aiding in candidate sourcingscreening and selection. Assist in generating employee contractsand ensure compliance with hiring regulations and companypolicies.
    • Manage and optimize employeeonboarding procedures to ensure a positive experience for new hiresfocusing on enhancing the employer brand.
    • Actas the custodian of the employee database for the locationoverseeing data integrity updating information and managinginformation flow efficiently.
    • Serve as aprimary point of contact for employee inquiries concerns andescalations ensuring prompt and sensitive resolution whilemaintaining utmost integrity.
    • Identify andaddress potential bottlenecks or issues that may impactorganizational or employee resources demonstrating the ability toturn challenges into opportunities.
    • Proactivelycollaborate on costeffective initiatives to enhance employeeretention productivity and workflowefficiency.
    • Manage budgets andtheir effective usage.
    • Ensurecompliance with company policies and standard operating procedures(SOPs) institutionalizing them across the organization asneeded.
    • Own and manage employee engagementactivities including organizing events conducting surveys andfacilitating learning opportunities at regularintervals.
    • Ability to manageemployee lifecycle with strong collaboration with decisionmakersacross business units andcadres.
    • Dedicate 25% of the timeto administrative functions such as travel management facilitiesmanagement IT asset management vendor management and procurementprocesses ensuring endtoend planning execution and issueresolution.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelorsdegree in Human Resources Business Administration or relatedfield.
    • Proven experience in people managementconflict resolution and/or HR operations with a strongunderstanding of recruitment processes onboarding procedures andemployee engagement strategies.
    • Familiaritywith relevant employment laws and regulations ensuring compliancein all activities.
    • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive employeematters with tact and confidentiality.
    • Strongproblemsolving abilities with a proactive mindset towardsidentifying and addressingchallenges.
    • Structured thought flows organisedand high attention to detail with excellent time managementskills.
    • Strong digital and data literacy withGSuite and ability to create reports and presentations.
    • Quick to adapt/familiarity withworking at a 10100 phase of astartup
