Responsibilities:

Handle Inbound Calls:
Answer incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, complaints, product information, or general assistance.

Make Outbound Calls:
Initiate outbound calls to follow up on inquiries, resolve issues, conduct surveys, or provide updates as needed.

Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Product/Service Knowledge:
Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products/services to effectively address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

Data Entry:
Accurately record customer information, inquiries, and interactions in the CRM system or designated database.

Adherence to Policies and Procedures:
Follow established call center policies, procedures, and scripts to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions.

Meet Performance Targets:
Achieve performance targets such as call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and conversion rates.

Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer needs and improve overall service delivery.

Continuous Improvement:
Participate in training sessions, workshops, and meetings to enhance product knowledge, communication skills, and customer service techniques.

Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Malayalam)

Customer Focus:
Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Qualifications:

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields is a plus.

Experience:
Prior experience in a customer service role or call center environment is preferred but not required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
