    Experience:8+years

    • We are looking for a Techno-Functional Business Analyst with Telecom domain background.
    • Experience in SQL and Postman is good to have.
    • Work with Business Stakeholders, Product Owners and translate high level Features into Developer implementable User Stories.
    • Work with Product Owners to understand upcoming requirements, business value of implementing those requirements, prioritize them as well as solution them based on current systems, knowledge that should result in an ability to deliver a functioning solution in given timelines.
    • Write comprehensive User Stories that includes information that can drive the implementation of software. Also include Acceptance Testing criteria that can help QA teams to validate and verify the software.
    • Work with Development teams and QA to groom stories before Sprint Start, clarify doubts by getting answers from multiple stakeholders, understand dev/QA concerns and provide innovative solutions that help towards delivering a functional software.
    • Must use tools like Visio, UML diagrams (Sequence Diagrams), Flowcharts, ER Diagrams to simplify requirements for Dev/QA Teams.
    • Participate in Daily Scrum Meetings, Take Demos of software and provide review comments, represent the dev team in UAT Calls.
    • Periodically check the ServiceNow Tickets to see what problems are the users of the product facing in production and depending on their criticality how to address them.
    • Consistently seek feedback on the quality of software/product from users and on the stories created by the individual from dev/QA teams.
    • Provide Periodic reports to management about
    • Work Completed (Story completion, Dev Completion, Deployment etc)
    • Have an ability to take up new challenges, acquire information by communicating to right people, research as well as understand the benefits of a solution.
    • Must be able to talk to multiple business partners at all hours across locations effectively and elicit required information by asking well researched questions.
    • Possess excellent written and spoken communication
    • Coordinate and partner with business teams and other IT teams inside and outside of the organization to identify and manage dependencies and deliverables, meeting client expectations.
    • Use Agile/Scrum methodologies to deliver best-in-class feature delivery for applications.
    • Attend/Drive daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives, and required ceremonies to plan, track, and code development tasks.
