Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Salesperson to join our dynamic sales team. As a B2B Salesperson, you will be responsible for acquiring new business clients and managing relationships with existing clients.

Your primary goal will be to drive sales and revenue growth by identifying opportunities, developing sales strategies, and effectively closing deals.

You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and achieving our sales targets.


Responsibilities:


  • Identify and target potential B2B clients within our designated market.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through various prospecting methods, including cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and utilizing online platforms.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of potential clients' businesses to understand their needs, challenges, and market trends.
  • Present our products and services to clients, effectively communicating the value proposition and tailoring solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring optimal terms and conditions for both the client and the company.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, design, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly follow up with existing clients to maintain relationships, identify upsell/crosssell opportunities, and address any concerns or issues.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors' activities to identify potential business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) within the designated market segment.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management on a regular basis.

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹300, ₹450,000.00 per year
