    We're looking for an Instructional Designer to the join Amazon Business Learning Experience team. This role is Fixed Term for maternity coverage.

    This role will operate on a global basis, supporting learning needs in all regions where Amazon Business operates and will provide you with ample opportunities to grow your professional skills and career through the delivery of high impact, globally scalable, creative learning products and solutions.

    Key job responsibilities

    • Design and develop performancefocused training content that engages our learners
    • Ensure content is ready for localization and deployment in international marketplaces
    • Help maintain existing learning materials to ensure the content remains complete and relevant
    • Work with stakeholder and SMEs to recommend appropriate learning strategies
    • Manage your projects amidst ambiguity, competing priorities, and challenging deadlines

    Delhi, DL, IND | Hyderabad, IND | Pune, IND

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    • 1+ years of Instructional Design Experience
    • Experience designing and developing both selfdirected and/or instructorled training content
    Knowledge of performance-based instructional theories and adult learning principles.

    Proven competence using a Learning Management System (LMS)

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document.
