Description
We are hiring for our premium client.Responsibilities:
- Greeting and welcoming customers/clients as they approach the front desk with hospitality and Manage Walkins.
- Setting a positive office atmosphere and keeping the front desk/office tidy and presentable with all necessary material.
- Organising and maintaining files, records, documents and daily attendance records of the employees.
- Attending and routing phone calls, Listening to the customers, Gathering and documenting customer info, follow ups and scheduling appointments.
- Been Up To Date on all projects info and informing customers about recent updates.
- Answering customers queries about the project and as needed directing to respective executive/management.
- Posting the project info as needed to the social media and attending marketing related events when directed.
- Ability to explain the product and convince the customer.
Salary:
₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
