Responsibilities:
Distributor Sales

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets in designated territory.
  • Regularly visit distributors to foster relationships and drive sales growth.
  • Identify and cultivate new channel partners to expand market reach.
  • Expand distribution network by appointing retailers under distributors to increase distribution coverage.
  • Conduct monthly business reviews to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Appoint retailers under distributors to enhance brand presence and product availability.
  • Deliver compelling presentations about Polyset Plastics' offerings to distributors and potential clients.
  • Implement strategies to improve brand awareness and market share.
  • Share daily sales call plans with manager and review outcomes daily.
  • Develop and present business plans contributing to company growth.
  • Independently close deals while utilizing management support

Qualifications (1+ Years Experience):

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience in furniture, electronics, or plastics industry.
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets in distributorfocused environment.
  • Strong relationshipbuilding and negotiation skills.

Day range:

  • Weekend availability
  • Weekend only

Shift:

  • Morning shift

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

Distributor Sales: 1 year (preferred)

  • Electronics sales: 1 year (preferred)
  • Field sales: 1 year (preferred)
