Responsibilities:
Distributor Sales
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets in designated territory.
- Regularly visit distributors to foster relationships and drive sales growth.
- Identify and cultivate new channel partners to expand market reach.
- Expand distribution network by appointing retailers under distributors to increase distribution coverage.
- Conduct monthly business reviews to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Appoint retailers under distributors to enhance brand presence and product availability.
- Deliver compelling presentations about Polyset Plastics' offerings to distributors and potential clients.
- Implement strategies to improve brand awareness and market share.
- Share daily sales call plans with manager and review outcomes daily.
- Develop and present business plans contributing to company growth.
- Independently close deals while utilizing management support
Qualifications (1+ Years Experience):
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience in furniture, electronics, or plastics industry.
- Track record of exceeding sales targets in distributorfocused environment.
- Strong relationshipbuilding and negotiation skills.
Day range:
- Weekend availability
- Weekend only
