    Description


    We are seeking a talented and experienced Frontend Developer to join our team and play a key role in building elegant, user-friendly, and high-performing web applications.

    The ideal candidate will be a passionate problem-solver with a strong foundation in React and a commitment to creating exceptional user experiences.


    Responsibilities :

    • Design and develop beautiful, responsive, and interactive user interfaces (UIs) for our web applications, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices.
    • Tackle complex technical challenges that directly impact the experience of millions of users.
    • Translate design requirements and mockups into fully functional features using React with a datadriven development approach.
    • Evaluate the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and collaborate with designers to implement them effectively.
    • Adapt and thrive in a fastpaced environment where design and technology are constantly evolving.
    • Contribute to a smooth workflow within a remotefirst team environment.

    Requirements :

    • 6 to 8 years of experience in frontend development, with a preference for experience in Fintech and product companies.
    • Expertise in building complex and responsive layouts using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (full web technology stack).
    • Indepth knowledge and experience with React and the Redux state management library.
    • A strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and design systems (a plus).
    • Excellent communication, problemsolving, and teamwork skills.
    • A collaborative and resultsoriented individual who thrives in a remote work environment.
    • Ability to facilitate meaningful discussions, actively listen to diverse perspectives, and build consensus among team members.)
