- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and customers
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Proven track record in outside sales, preferably from pharma Background
- Strong market knowledge and ability to identify new business opportunities
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Account management experience, including upselling and renewals
- Scientific selling experience is a plus
Pay:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
