Responsibilities:


  • Develop, implement, and evaluate digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and consequently customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to create and execute innovative marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, trends, and competitors, translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Drive lead generation initiatives through various online and offline channels, optimizing campaigns for maximum results.
  • Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics, providing regular reports and recommending optimizations to improve campaign performance.
  • Oversee the content creation process, including ideation, production, and distribution across multiple marketing channels.
  • Manage social media platforms, engaging with audiences, and maintaining a strong online presence.
  • Support the development and execution of SEO and SEM strategies to enhance website traffic and search engine and digital media visibility.
  • Streamline processes, identify opportunities for automation, and implement systems to improve operational workflows.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, innovations, and emerging technologies, incorporating them into marketing strategies when relevant.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in marketing and operations roles, preferably in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaign execution and achieving measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and social media platforms.

Pay:
₹250, ₹350,000.00 per year
