    Job Description :


    We're looking for an accomplished MERN Stack Developer with 6+ or more years of experience to lead our development efforts, drive technical excellence, and shape the future of our technology stack.

    As the MERN Developer, you'll play a crucial role in architecting scalable solutions, mentoring junior developers, and shaping the future of our technology stack.

    This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to make a significant impact and lead transformative projects in the healthcare technology sector.

    Responsibilities :


    • Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, , , ) stack.
    • Architect robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to best practices and coding standards.
    • Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
    • Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and provide constructive feedback to enhance the skills and capabilities of the team.
    • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
    • Drive technical innovation and contribute to the evolution of our development processes, tools, and methodologies.
    • Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability of web applications.
    • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact and incorporating relevant advancements into our technology stack.
    Job Requirements:


    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • 6+ years of professional experience in web development with expertise in the MERN stack.
    • Extensive experience in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related web technologies.
    • Strong proficiency in and its ecosystem (Redux, Flux, etc.), with a deep understanding of componentbased architecture and state management.
    • Advanced knowledge of serverside development using and , including asynchronous programming and middleware concepts.
    • Expertise in MongoDB or other NoSQL databases, including database design, optimization, and performance tuning.
    • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, microservices architecture, and design patterns.
    • Proven track record of leading and delivering highquality, scalable web applications on schedule and within budget.
    • Excellent problemsolving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Strong leadership, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate team members.
    • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
