What is BSP Data Supervisor responsible for?- Benefit Street Partners ("BSP") is aiming to expand its offshore presence by building a team in Hyderabad.
If you like managing a team, have exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for process improvement and mentoring others this role might be for you.- This is a great opportunity for growth and to support various functions across many teams and business units.
These include Operations, Finance, Portfolio Analytics, Research, and Legal & Compliance, to name a few.- The individual in this position will report directly to the Offshore Manager based in Poznan, Poland.
What will be the ongoing responsibilities of BSP Data Supervisor?- Responsibilities include but are not limited to:_
- Supervising team activities and monitoring processes
- Building successful partnerships with the managers of various businesses to transition workflows.
- Lead department projects, implement process improvements and provide regular updates.
- Coordination and assignment of new deliverables; ensuring training for the team.
- Ability to build, manage and motivate a new team locally.
- Conduct periodic performance reviews and identify development paths.
- Participating in recruitment process, as required
- Assist the offshore Manager in local laws, regulations, and culture.
- Qualifications:_
- At least 5+ years' experience in people management
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or related major.
- Excellent interpersonal and peoplemanagement skills
- Experience in leading projects or initiatives will be an asset.
- Ability to document workflows, policies, and procedures.
- May be required to travel to other BSP offices.
- Flexible approach towards office / hybrid work arrangement (3 days inoffice minimum requirement)
Work Shift timings - 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM IST
