    As a Sales Manager at Sri Sri Tattva, you would be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to

    achieve sales targets and objectives. Your primary duties would include:

    Developing and implementing sales strategies: You would create comprehensive sales plans aligned with the company's objectives and market dynamics. This involves analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities for growth, and devising strategies to capture market share.

    Team management: You would recruit, train, and supervise the sales team, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively promote Sri Sri Tattva products. Motivating and guiding the team to achieve their targets is also a crucial aspect of your role.

    Sales forecasting and budgeting: You would be responsible for forecasting sales volumes, setting sales targets, and developing budgets for the sales department. Regularly monitoring performance against these targets and making adjustments as necessary would be essential.

    Relationship management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers is vital for success in this role. You would work closely with these stakeholders to understand their needs, address any concerns, and identify opportunities for collaboration and expansion.

    Market research and analysis: Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences is essential for adapting sales strategies and maintaining a competitive edge. Conducting market research and analysis to gather relevant insights would be part of your responsibilities.

    As for the Sales Trainer position with a background in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), the role would

    involve:

    Developing training programs: You would design and develop training modules and materials tailored to the specific needs of the sales team, focusing on product knowledge, selling techniques, customer service skills, and other relevant areas.

    Conducting training sessions: You would deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to sales staff, both in-person and through online platforms, ensuring that they have a thorough understanding of the company's products, sales processes, and best practices.

    Coaching and mentoring: Providing ongoing support and guidance to sales representatives, offering constructive feedback, and helping them improve their performance and achieve their targets.

    Monitoring and evaluation: Assessing the effectiveness of training programs through regular evaluation and feedback mechanisms, identifying areas for improvement, and making adjustments as necessary to enhance the overall quality of training.

    Keeping abreast of industry trends: Staying informed about developments in the FMCG sector, competitor activities, and new sales techniques, and incorporating relevant insights into training programs to ensure their relevance and effectiveness.

    Overall, both roles require strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of sales principles and practices in the FMCG industry.

    Requirements:

    Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.

    Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.

    Leadership Skills: Proven leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.

    Sales Expertise: Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.

    Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.

    Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and senior management.

    Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to close deals and resolve conflicts effectively.

    Result-Oriented: Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

    Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
