Job Title:
Customer care Executive

Noida


Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, providing accurate and timely responses.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate channels for resolution.
  • Utilize CRM software to document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets for call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in
    English/Hindi/Tamil/ Telegu/Kannada/Bengali/Malayalam/Marathi
:


  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities with a customerfocused approach.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Shift allowance

Education:


  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

Experience:


  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Language:


  • Hindi (preferred)
