Customer care Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, providing accurate and timely responses.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate channels for resolution.
- Utilize CRM software to document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Meet or exceed performance targets for call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proficiency in
English/Hindi/Tamil/ Telegu/Kannada/Bengali/Malayalam/Marathi
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problemsolving abilities with a customerfocused approach.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Pay:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Rotational shift
Supplemental pay types:

Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
