    Description

    To lead the implementation of EHSinitiatives

    Conducting safety auditsInvestigating accidents

    Arrange Mock drills& Third Party Safety Audit report as per Factory act.

    Enforcing safety regulations in Workshops

    Manager Pollution control Board standards and fillingreturns as per act.

    Responsible for overallimplementations of EHS Policies/Procedures/Guidelines/ Manuals /Governance documents.

    Dealing with all thematters concerning Occupational Health Safety & Environment andto arrive at practicable solutions to the problemsencountered.

    Benchmarking EHS Programs;conducting companywide needs analysis; assessing risk; developingstrategic plan and acquiring approvals to executing thesame.

    Responsible for preparing and executingaudits and ensuring compliance with legal and otherrequirements.

    Analyzing EHS performance traitsreviews tendencies and communicates its effects to management groupand recommends plans for correction of gaps.

    Liaising with engineers management and health and safety regulatoryauthorities to identify causes of accidents and prevent theirrecurrence.

    Leading action plans by identifyingpotential emergency situations creating emergency communicationplans and testing and validating the emergency actionplans.

    Defining implementing and handling theprocesses for risks hazards and opportunities identification anddetermining resources required to execute.

    Promoting Health Safety & Environment culture through trainingand education solutions related to HSE issues practices risks andcoaching others as the need arises.

    Issuance ofPermit systems for Hot work & height work.

    Drive & promote zeroincident HSE culture.

    Creating safety awareness amongst all employees and stakeholdersthrough various themes competitions.

    Technical

    Minimum of 10 years experience in EHS of FebricationIndustry

    Experience in managing Safety &Health activities with successful achivement of 0 accidentculture.

    Results oriented individual withrobust EHS abilities and capable to handle the Safetyissues.

    Familiarity with fabrication processand standards requirement of EHS.

    Ability towork well with cross function department Proficient in Managing andmotivating Team.

    Good communication skills withclients and employees.
