For this Global R2R lead role we are role looking for a top performer with an outstanding educational and work background.

We would love to hear about your track record and best practices, which you can further develop within Upfield. You have a degree in chartered accountancy and a mínimal of years of experience within relevant positions. Strong leadership experience is required.

So what does it take to be successful in this role?

Take responsibility for the accurate performance of endtoend financial accounting process for all countries
Identify improvement areas and proactively drive changes in alignment with the stakeholders
Ensure effective operation of the 3 tier model
High standard in customer service seek and promote to improve service levels, quality, KPIs and targets
