    AboutHaqdarshak
    Simplyput we are bridging the information and access gap between citizensand social security schemes (both government and private) usingtech and a network of field agents known as Haqdarshaks (who areprimarily women).

    OurHaqdarshaks are extensively trained in both government schemes andthe onfieldimplementation of programmes. They are also trained onhow to liaise with government officials and bank officials. For theservices they provide they make a commission which makes themfinancially independent. On our social media channels we havefeatured several stories of women who have not only gainedfinancial agency but also an identity after working withus.

    We partner withcorporates CSR departments philanthropies family offices and evengovernment offices to design and implement programs on the field.We have been around for almost 7 years. We are present in more than24 states. We have unlocked benefits worth over INR 4000 crore forover 27 lakh Indian citizens. We have multiple digital portals(including two apps one for citizens and one for our agents) wherewe have stored information on government schemes in 11 vernacularlanguages (currently working on reskinning theseapps).

    We are alsoworking on scaling our latest offerings Yojana Cards and YojanaKendras. These are set to forever alter how citizens access welfareservices in India. We are an independent organization and notaffiliated with the government in anyway.

    AboutRole:

    We are looking to hire anexperienced Head of Delivery withstrong leadership skills and the ability to approach businessoperations from a creative and practical point of view. With yourexperience and talent youll be able to lead our team ofprofessionals to be efficient productive and effective. Our fieldoperations focus on service delivery for our clients who arecorporates philanthropies NGOs and other civil societyorganizations.

    Location :Delhi NCR Pune or MumbaiBangalore

    As Head of Delivery youwill

    • Collaborate withthe CEO and CXOs in setting and driving organizational visionoperational strategy and hiring needs
    • Translatestrategy into actionable goals for performance and growth helpingto implement organizationwide goal setting performance managementand annual operating plan
    • Oversee companyoperations and employee productivity build a highly inclusiveculture where team members thrive and organizational outcomes aremet
    • Assess and implement improved processes andnew technologies and collaborate with management regarding theimplementation of these improvements.
    • Evaluateperformance by analyzing data and metrics and establish correctivemeasures where needed
    • Manage budgets capitalinvestment and expenses to ensure that the company achieves targetson growth profitability and customermetrics
    • Manage relationships withpartners/vendors
    • Maintain and build trustedrelationships with key customers clients partners andstakeholders


    Skillsset and Attitude

    • Provenexperience/ track record as Head of Operations/Delivery or in asimilar role in the developmentsector
    • Understanding of business functions suchas HR Finance marketing etc.
    • Working knowledgeof data analysis and performance/operationmetrics
    • Exceptional organizational andleadership abilities
    • Excellent interpersonaland communication skills
    • Competence indecisionmaking and problemsolving
    • Readiness totravel extensively
    • MBA or Masters in a relateddiscipline
