Soft Skill Trainer


Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Training Program Development:

  • Design and develop comprehensive soft skill training programs tailored to the needs of collections and sales call center agents.
  • Collaborate with management to identify training objectives and performance improvement areas.

Training Delivery:

  • Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques and delivery methods such as workshops, roleplays, simulations, and presentations.
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to call center agents to enhance their soft skills and overall performance.

Content Creation:

  • Develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, handouts, and multimedia visual aids.
  • Regularly update training content to ensure relevance and alignment with industry best practices and organizational goals.

Performance Evaluation:

  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs through preand posttraining evaluations, skill assessments, and performance metrics analysis.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

Training Needs Analysis:

  • Conduct regular assessments to identify gaps in soft skills among call center agents.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and team leaders to address specific training needs and develop targeted interventions.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in soft skills training and call center operations.
  • Proactively seek feedback from stakeholders and incorporate suggestions to continuously improve training programs and methodologies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience of at least 3 years as a Soft Skill Trainer or similar role in a call center environment, preferably in collections and sales.
  • Indepth knowledge of training methodologies, adult learning principles, and instructional design concepts.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and engage with diverse audiences.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and training software/tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
