Role:
Associate Architect - Data

Experience: 6+ Years

Work location:
Mumbai/Bangalore/Trivandrum (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

AWS (Redshift, S3, Glue, Lambda, Airflow), Pyspark, Python, Data pipelines using Glue/Airflow/Sagemaker
Handson experience in working on large cloudbased migration workloads involving SQL and NoSQL Databases
Handson experience in AWS Cloud with services such as AWS Glue, AWS Redshift, AWS EC2, Lambda, S3 for ETL.
Proficient in writing Python/Pyspark and SQL scripts.
Experience in SQL and Query optimisation.
Proficient in SQLbased technologies (MySQL, Oracle DB,SQL Server etc.)
Experience of working on data warehouse projects preferably leveraging Redshift.
Experience building and supporting largescale systems in a production environment.
Strong skills to mentor and manage teams of junior and senior data engineers and leading end to end delivery of technical workloads.
Experience using Github/codecommit for developmental activities Experience in unit testing python codes
Experience in building data pipelines using Glue/Airflow/Sagemaker pipelines would be Preferable Demonstrated problem solving, communication and organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the proven ability to negotiate and influence others to obtain desired results.
Ability to speak in business terms, as well as the ability to effectively communicate both internally and externally.
Ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams such as Developers, QA, Project Managers, and other stakeholders to understand their requirements and implement solutions.
Ability to clearly communicate technical roadmap, challenges and mitigation.

Good to have skills:

Experience in leading enterprise grade ML model migration workloads from GCP to AWS.
Experience of working on projects that involve models deployed in Sagemaker leveraging data engineering pipelines in AWS.
Experience of working for customers/workloads in the retail domain with use cases.
Experience and understanding of conventional ML models is a plus.
