    Description

    Position Name:
    Finance Manager (Only CA)

    Location:
    Bangalore

    Experience Range : - 3 yrs

    Mandatory Requirement:
    Accounting
    Compliance

    Vendor negotiation

    Job Responsibilities:
    Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts
    receivable, and payroll.
    Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and
    annual financial statements.
    Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard
    company assets and ensure compliance with regulations.
    Monitor cash flow, budget variances, and financial performance, providing analysis and recommendations to senior management.
    Oversee the general ledger, chart of accounts, and accounting systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data.
    Coordinate the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and other regulatory filings.
    Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with accounting principles and
    regulatory requirements.
    Provide guidance and support to the accounting team, resolving complex accounting issues as needed.

    Qualification and Experience:
    CA with 2 years of accounting experience
    Other Details
    6 days working with alternate Saturdays off
    Work from the office
