    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager located in Bengaluru. The Finance Manager will be responsible for day-to-day financial operations, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. They will also oversee financial analysis, risk management, and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies. The Finance Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management to drive financial performance and support strategic decision-making.

    1. Financial Strategy:


    • Develop and execute the organization's financial strategy in alignment with overall business

    goals.

    2. Financial Planning and Analysis:


    • Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes.


    • Conduct in-depth financial analysis and performance evaluation.


    • Identify and communicate key financial trends and insights.

    3. Financial Reporting:


    • Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports.


    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and financial

    policies.

    4. Cash Flow Management:


    • Optimize working capital and liquidity.

    5. Financial Operations:


    • Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable

    and general ledger functions.

    6. Investment and Capital Management:


    • Evaluate investment opportunities and recommend capital allocation.


    • Manage relationships with financial institutions and negotiate funding terms.

    7. Compliance and Risk Management:


    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.


    • Develop and implement risk management strategies.

    8. Team Leadership:


    • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing finance team.


    • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.

    9. Stakeholder Communication:


    • Serve as the primary liaison with auditors, regulatory bodies, and financial stakeholders.

    10. Process Improvement:


    • Identify and lead process improvement initiatives within the finance function.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    1. Education:


    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA

    2. Experience:


    • Proven experience as a Head of Finance in a similar role.


    • Strong track record of financial leadership in complex organizations.

    3. Financial Acumen:


    • In-depth knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.


    • Expertise in cash flow management and financial modeling.

    4. Regulatory Compliance:


    • Comprehensive understanding of financial regulations and reporting requirements.

    5. Risk Management:


    • Proven ability to identify and mitigate financial and operational risks.

    6. Strategic Thinking:


    • Ability to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives.

    7. Leadership:


    • Strong leadership and people management skills.


    • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.

    8. Communication:


    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.


    • Ability to convey complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.

    9. Problem-Solving:


    • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
