    Description

    As a Finance Manager with a Chartered Accountant (CA) background, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities within the organization. Your role will involve strategic planning, financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. You will play a critical role in driving financial efficiency and supporting business growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):
    • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.
    • Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports.
    • Provide insightful analysis of financial performance to senior management, highlighting key trends and opportunities.
    1. Financial Reporting:
    • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS, etc.).
    • Coordinate with external auditors for the annual audit process.
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
    1. Cash Flow Management:
    • Monitor cash flow projections and manage liquidity to meet operational needs.
    • Implement cash management policies and procedures to optimize cash utilization and minimize risks.
    • Identify opportunities to improve working capital efficiency.
    1. Risk Management and Compliance:
    • Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Conduct periodic risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
    • Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, tax regulations, and other financial laws.
    1. Tax Planning and Compliance:
    • Collaborate with tax advisors to develop tax-efficient strategies and ensure compliance with local and international tax laws.
    • Review tax returns and filings to minimize tax liabilities while adhering to legal requirements.
    1. Strategic Financial Initiatives:
    • Evaluate investment opportunities, mergers, and acquisitions through financial analysis and due diligence.
    • Provide financial insights to support strategic initiatives and business expansion plans.
    • Assess the financial impact of new projects and initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • Proven experience (10 years) in a finance management role, preferably in a multinational corporation or professional services firm.
    • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting standards.
    • Excellent knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
    • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
    • Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements.
