    Description
    Basic Functional Responsibilities:
    • Manage a team of 6-10 members supporting Quality Assurance work such as reviewing credit reports and overseeing loan data
    • Utilize domain knowledge of commercial banking products to train and ensure high-quality work delivery
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and onshore team for smooth business operations
    • Lead transition and business setup
    • Contribute to team expansion, talent acquisition, and training
    • Create and monitor business goals aligning with Enterprise goals
    • Focus on Operational Excellence, process improvement, and team member engagement
    • Conduct business reviews with key stakeholders
    • Manage multiple teams across different shifts
    • Establish risk management and audit readiness
    Market Skills and Certifications Essential Qualifications:
    • Post-Graduation in Finance/Management/Chartered Accountant or equivalent
    • 10-12 years of total experience with 7 years minimum and 1 year of people management experience
    • Strong data-driven decision-making and communication skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office
    • Certifications in Campus MBA and Six Sigma are advantageous
