Description
Schedule, monitor and develop AI virtual agent (VA) in production and co-ordinate support activities when VA fails.

  • Analyze BPMs, compile Virtual agent training data and debug technical workflows.
  • Develop, design, test, implement and maintain AI VA.
  • Field incoming help requests by providing first level IT support and either resolve or escalate incidents in a timely manner.
  • Providing updates within stipulated period and track open incidents till closure.
  • Monitor daily conversations powered by AI and identify chat sessions that failed to trigger proper workflows.
  • Compile training datasets by analyzing chat transcripts and train AI VA models using supervised learning.
  • Stage and deploy trained AI VA models to various instances (test and prod instances).
  • Coordinate with IT infrastructure teams to ensure the availability of automated business processes and resolution of any issues that affect the execution of VAs.
  • Perform quality review of AI VA performance and generate reports that will help identify gaps.
  • Configure/develop new automation scopes efficiently and maintain requirement/training documents.
  • Review new use cases and suggest automation scopes.
  • Review scripts, provide expertise in code development and integration of systems to assist in
  • Monitors tickets assigned in the queue system and resolves in a timely manner.
  • Provide tech support by performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and taking necessary steps to provide resolution, providing clear communication and customer support.
  • Diagnose and resolve
  • Virtual / physical desktop support problems.
  • Hardware issues (printer, iPhone/Android configuration and other peripheral devices)
  • Network related issues (VPN, WIFI etc.,)
  • Handle Identity access management requests through Requests.
  • Properly route incidents to resolver teams for outofscope issues and maintain updated knowledge base repository.
